OUR STAFF



In accordance with State law, all staff members undergo the required state and federal background checks, and are fingerprinted. Teachers and Aides undergo basic First Aid and CPR training every two-years as well as mandatory training on Early Childhood Development throughout the year to ensure the highest quality of programming and service. Full-time teachers are required to complete 12-hours of continuing education credits each year and part-time teachers are required to complete 6-hours of continuing education credits.

We employ people who are caring, energetic and enthusiastic, who understand child development, who can apply their knowledge in the classroom and who respect each child as an individual. We seek employees who value working as a team with parents and colleagues. We select our staff carefully in order to provide the best possible care and education for the children. The director and teachers have degrees or advanced coursework in early childhood education and experience as teachers of young children.
