Welcome to your child’s first classroom!  At Paige's of Time Early Learning Center (ELC), we provide your children with a first-class early development education, a loving, safe and fun environment.



We believe that all children are wonderfully unique, each with special gifts and talents.  We believe that children learn best through play! Children are given endless opportunities to explore their own interests and choose their own activities from our developmentally appropriate activity centers in each classroom.  

 

We also believe that good nutrition and exercise go hand-in-hand and should be taught together at an early age.  Proper nutrition and exercise are VITAL for the growth and development of healthy children. Our staff at Paige’s of Time ELC is nurturing and caring, committed to being positive role models for all the children we have been given the opportunity to serve.  

 

Finally, we believe that parents/guardians are a child’s first role model. We strongly encourage parental involvement in your child’s educational and developmental experience at Paige's of Time ELC!

 

Paige's of Time ELC is licensed annually by the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Office of Child Care. A copy of the MSDE childcare license is displayed in the lobby. A copy of the State of Maryland Licensing Regulation is available from the director. The Center is licensed to accommodate 103 children per day in the following age groups:

 

• Infants/toddlers (six weeks - 24 months):    6

• Two-year-olds (24 months - 36 months):   12

• Pre-K three-year olds:                              20

• Pre-K four-year olds:                                 20

• Before/After Care:                                    45
